Strength: Dual expertise in architecture and interior design. Highly qualified and extremely dedicated. Has actual tastes and insights in design and sees it when someone "has it" too. You can actually have a professional and intellectual-ish conversation with him which is rare for a firm loaded with interior designers with like two brain cells.
Weakness: Well, for his level of commitment, work can be demanding for those who have trouble keeping up

Shadiao with a good heart

Strength: He's very good at what he does and brings a sense of passion to the workplace. Also a nice guy to work with in general.
